My daughter was hit by a woman insured by Unique Insurance Company. By the way, the insured has a terrible driving record.

So certainly she is paying Unique a very high premium, wouldn't you think?! We filed a claim immediately, the same day. It took them eight days to respond to any phone calls. On the 8th day they informed us that they do not cover towing or storage fees.

Isn't that great news. It is now up to $1,100.00. The first thing they told the company that towed the vehicle is that they do not pay for towing or storage. Now, the tow yard will not let them on the premises for an appraisal until they pay the fees.

Where does that leave us? That leaves us in Court, that's exactly where it leaves us.

We will be hiring an attorney to fight this terrible company. I wonder if their attorneys fighting all of these claims are getting paid?
